Ascendas acquired The V from the Vanenburg Group in March 2005. Formerly known as Vanenburg IT Park, the then five-year-old Park was renamed The V after the acquisition.
The V became one the first two properties to be seeded as part of the Ascendas India IT Parks Fund in June 2005. The other property is the International Tech Park Bangalore.
The V is Ascendas’ second project in the state of Andhra Pradesh, following the development of CyberPearl located in HITEC city.
